Can you tell me what the stamps mean?

You should be able to see the stamps in this photo (A Crown, sideways S and then 14K).

I wonder if you could tell me what, if anything the stamps stand for. It looks hand made. There are two tiny little diamonds in the setting. I am curious to know how old it is also. Thank you :)
