Hi even after zooming in and out from all different angles, the only mark that looks clear is the 375 gold standard mark. sorry.
This info might help you to differentiate between UK hallmarks and US hallmarks.
Hallmarks - UK: England, Scotland, Wales & N. Ireland & IRELAND): Mostly 3-5 Marks, not necessarily aligned or oriented the same. Marks include maker's mark, town mark, standard (Purity) mark, Date Letter, and Duty mark.
Hallmarks - USA: 1-2 marks, mostly pictorial, some resembling UK marks (pseudomarks).
