The mark on the left indicates 12K gold, followed by the ibis Egyptian national mark for gold. The mark on the right is a date letter, but the photo is too small to read it. If it is a Roman letter, the piece is earlier than 1940; after that Arabic has been used. This should help:

I have a wedding ring from my great-great-great grandfather that is a solid yellow band with a belt buckle decoration. It is engraved very deeply with a name in cursive opposite of a marking of "14-K." Curious about the dash and the period after a capital K…. Any ideas? Thanks
The first square shows that is it 18K and stamped above that is the assay office mark for Cairo. The second square holds the seagull, the symbol for gold in Egypt. The final square is the symbol showing the date (of manufacture), in arabic. Using this system the ring dates from after 1901 but I am unsure of the date itself. The date symbol is more precise if you can look it up somewhere.

I have something of interest in those markings as well. I can tell you who might help he is in new york and is antiquities dealer who helped me date my ring that has similar markings.
