Can you help identify maker's mark on back of earrings?

It looks like an arrow (to me) with an F in the center. You may see something different. Can you identify the maker's mark and possibly the stone that's been used for the leaf? They are 14kt gold with pearls and diamond. I'm thinking the leaf may be carnelian or possibly citrine? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
