Can someone help tell me the date of this cameo?

I recently started collecting cameo's but I usually buy from reputable sellers... This was a real estate find and I loved the piece but it does look a little newer.. All the other cameos were easy to figure out dates and period's but this does not have a chain on it, nor does it have any markings.? Looks more like a stone to me... Any input would be much appreciated.
