Cameo was great grandmas.

I'm not sure what I have here but from what I can tell it seems to be real shell, there are markings in the carvings that suggest it was hand carved, it has a c clasp, not sure if gold or not. But there is a Roman looking warrior and a woman in a double portrait. A roman warrior or a double portrait seem to be on the rare side. Basically does anybody know what this could be worth? Grandma just thought it was costume jewelry and I just didn't think so.
