Cameo Errings

This pair of earrings belonged to my grandmother, but we have no idea how old they are or what the value may be. The backing says sterling and there is a marking I cannot desribe and not sure if the photo does any justice. Surrounding the cameo are tiny shiny stones and the tarnish makes the setting look old
