Cameo Brooch Kids With Wagon

As far as I’ve been told this was my great grandmother’s and is pre-1900. I took it to a jeweler and he said he knew very little about it other than it’s old, the pearls are real and it’s gold. I’m hoping someone might know more and what’s it worth realistically. There is a 7 on the back on the top and 2155 scratched on the back on the bottom. It is about 2 and a quarter by 1 and seven eight inches. I put a light behind and saw the mark on the top in it, it’s doesn’t feel like a crack or scratch to me.
