British Hallmark Gold Ring

I have a gold ring that is a band. On the inside it is marked with a crown, upright anchor, 14, and another crown. Could you please give me any information on these markings? I do not see a year marking, so I am unaware of the age of the ring or the value. Thank you for your help.
