I found a tiny ring with the crown upright anchor 14 and another crown... The ring looks gold but has green shining through here and there. Any help would be great

Crown symbols don't always mean British Hallmarks. For instance, Derby Silver Co. ( Derby & Meriden, CT, USA) - ca 1873 - 1933 used the following mark, Crown symbol followed by an upright anchor followed by another identical Crown symbol on Insico Pewter.
