Bell with Capital R inside

I have a 14K white gold ring my mom found years ago. It has a mark of a bell with a Capital R inside. It is a solitaire stone and it is not the typical ring. If you look from the sky, the ring has a swirl kind of an S. A white stone that I do not know if it is glass or diamond.
