Thanks! It is marked 87. I was not sure about the manufacturer as it seems the Franklin Mint has produced a lot of unappealing items in the last several years... I have tried googling under Franklin Mint 1987 bells, etc...and turn up with nothing.

this figural bell is just so sweet! Can you tell us if it says "87" after the c FM mark? This could be the year of manufacture.
If the colour of the metal is gold but marked sterling then this is called - Vermeil.
I think it might be Franklin Mint.
The Franklin Mint was founded in 1964 when it began striking legal tender coins for foreign countries, as well as commemorative medallions, casino tokens and precious metal ingots.
