Bell Shaped Antique Cameo?

This cameo was my grandmothers bought for her by my grandfather. It is still in what I'm assuming was the original cardboard jewelry box. I have looked online but I'm not able to find one like it. It is very large and as you can see is bell shaped. It measures 2.75" x 2.75 " from the top to bottom and at the widesest width at the bottom. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
