BB Maker

18kt white gold BB

Hi, I need info. on an antique white gold ring. It's stamped with 2 capital B's back to back then 18kt. At first I thought it was EB and that it was only gold filled but when I blew up a picture and it was BB the first B is backwards. Thank you for any and all help you can give me on this. Meridith
