A&W Hallmark on Ring

I'd like to find out some more about this ring, in terms of where and when it was likely to have been made, who made it. Does the Hallmark say that it is 22ct Gold?

The photo seems to provide the following Hallmark features (in sequence):

- A capital M;
- A&W;
- A crown image;
- The number 22;
- An rotated anchor image;
- Another M.
