Antique Ring Looks Like Jackie Kennedy.

I have a ring that I think is from the 1950's. It is white gold and looks like a sideways football. It has three diamonds in the middle. On each side of the middle diamond are two sideways hearts with diamonds in them. On the inside of the ring it has the word Marden. I have seen the ring in a picture of Jackie Kennedy! Help!!!!
