Stop watch with no front cover. Roman numerals, seconds counter on bottom dial, hours counter for stopwatch on top dial.
Back opens, hindge is on the bottom for both the outer and inner cover.
What are the markings?
Inside of outer cover (from top to bottom):
"C" in a circle next to "A" in a circle.
53875 (serial number?)
.925 Silver next to
Circle with a cross and a "U" or horseshoe in the circle.
"m" inside a recessed "m"
