Antique Miniature French Pocket Watch

I have a pocket watch, that is believed to be French, from the 1850's...it is a miniature. The only stamp inside the cover is a diamond shape, with a skeleton key symbol and the letter "S" and "G" on either side of the key. I had it tested today and it is indeed GOLD as well as the diamonds in the case are real. Who made this watch and what does the stamp mean? It is a beautiful watch and I would like to know more about it
