Antique Krementz white metal rims buttons, studs and links with set number 2008

I cant find anything exactly like this on the net. Can i know the market value of this set? This was given to my grandfather, an early settler, a dentist and a military officer during his time. The date stated on the letter under the box was 1931. Please help me. Thank you and Godbless.
