Antique Hair Clasp

I have an antique hair clasp which has two rectangular stamps / hallmarks, one with 935 and the other with two stars the first is an eight pointed star inside a circle with a circle in the centre and the other is a solid six pointed star. Please could you let me know what it is and a valuation for insurance purposes. Thank you.
