Age or Origin Rose Gold Locket

This rose gold locket was owned by my mother and I suspect it may have been her mothers or even older than that.The locket is in the shape of a heart and has jewels around it that appear to be diamonds and rubies.

It has been well worn as the hallmarks are worn on the reverse side. Any ideas as to its age and or any other remarks would be welcomed. Please see attached photos.
