Hi thank you for writing in. The straight roman nose does not mean the cameo is older. The cameo could have been carved yesterday to represent an authentic antique cameo. There are a number of details to watch for when dating a cameo. Many antique jewelry investors knew to cameo mistakenly are led by the nose :-) Thank you for writing in with your question. The surround on cameo looks in keeping with an antique cameo though. I would value your cameo as antique cameo.
