833 Winged Crown Gold Hallmark?

I purchased an 18" gold necklace that is made up of medallion-like shapes connected by links. At one end is the spring clasp and the other has a length of chain with a small ball-shaped weight on the end of the chain. The chain is approximately 2" long.

The hallmark is on the second link of the chain, so it's really small. It looks like 833, then a winged crown ... or EWF or ... who knows!

I am assuming the 833 is 20K, but I would love to know about the other hallmark. The hallmark is so small I can't get a good picture of it.
